Cancellation OR Refunding Policy
Our 2 days cancellation Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to Cancel it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 2 days of the order date. Yes, it's that simple. We will stop processing your order or change design .
This is, however, applicable for national & international orders and for both gold and silver products .
RoyalKundanhut offers a Lifetime Exchange Policy.
We offer a Lifetime 50% Exchange Policy on all silver jewellery purchases made from us .In this policy customer can select new design to buy against 50 % of Return billing value (of the product he want to retur to us )and Return billing value does not include shipping , tax or other etc)
All goods will be fully insured by RoyalKundanhut until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
